A husband-and-wife team born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, who relocated to Kansas City to begin our dream of owning an eco-friendly cleaning business.
We have been keeping Kansas City clean since 2014. Cleaning is relaxing to us, and we LOVE helping people with busy lives not have to worry about keeping their home healthy and clean!
We decided to branch out to start cleaning in our home town in 2024! Kimberlyn Childs (Kayli’s sister) will be overseeing business communications in Wichita, KS.
We’re passionate about being environmentally friendly and using non-toxic products for personal health.

We have a passion for cleaning, cleaning well, and cleaning with non toxic and eco-friendly products. However, we can use anything else to clean if you would like to provide it. Just specifically ask for this when you contact us for services.
Pet friendly
Here at Kinkaid Cleaning, we LOVE your pets! Need us to let them outside or give them a treat while we are there cleaning? No problem!
If your cat or pup is like ours, it's shedding season (all year round?) Not to worry! Our HEPA filtered Shark vacuums pick up all that hair and dander!

We are totally green and eco-friendly:
We use reusable microfiber rags, which we wash in an eco-friendly detergent. We use a HEPA filter vacuum and microfiber flat mop. We also use vinegar, water, and essential oils to clean everything in your home.
We provide a personal touch to every home:
We do our best to work with every customer’s need and request. We are here to make you feel even more at home in your own home! If you don't say 'Wow!' when you see your home, we will come back and re-clean for free! It's important to us to stay in close contact with both our regular clients and one-time clients to ensure you're getting the highest level of services at all times.
